When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
You retain ownership of any content (links, images, text) you post to OnlySocials. However, by posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it on your profile page.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws, is illegal, or violates our community standards.
OnlySocials is free to use for creating profiles and links.
Platform Fees: If you use our Commerce features (Digital Products or Tips), OnlySocials charges a flat 10% Platform Fee on every transaction. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of sale.
Processing Fees: Payments are processed via Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30ยข) also apply and are deducted from the transaction total.
Payment processing services for creators on OnlySocials are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a creator on OnlySocials, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement.
In no event shall OnlySocials be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
